Administrative Assistant

Menke & Company is seeking a full-time Administrative Assistant to help with the daily operations at our Burlington, Iowa location. Responsibilities:

  • Manage and organize office operations and procedures.
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence.
  • Maintain and update client records and databases.
  • Coordinate with clients a time to sign or pick up documents.
  • Provide general administrative support to the firm and accounting team.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred.
  • Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
